Local Shipping
- Shipping Cost: Local shipping within Saudi Arabia is 25 SAR for the first 10 kilograms, with an additional 10 SAR for each extra kilogram.
- Free Shipping: Orders exceeding 300 SAR qualify for free shipping (except for special offers that already include free shipping).
- Delivery Time:
- Within Riyadh City: 1 to 5 business days.
- Riyadh Suburbs: 2 to 8 business days.
- Other Cities in Saudi Arabia: 2 to 15 business days.
International Shipping
- GCC Countries: Shipping to Gulf countries starts at 38 SAR for the first half-kilogram, with 10 SAR for each additional half-kilogram.
- Free Shipping: International orders exceeding 500 SAR qualify for free shipping.
- Delivery Time: 4 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country.
- Customs and Taxes: The customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes in their country. An invoice will be attached to the order for submission to the shipping company. For any inquiries regarding fees, please contact the shipping company directly.
Delivery Attempts
- The shipping companies will attempt to contact you 3 times and deliver the shipment twice. If the shipment is not received, the shipping and return costs will be deducted according to our [Cancellation and Return Policy] (click here).
- If you wish to reship the order, new shipping fees will be charged without deducting the previous shipping costs.
Changing the Delivery Address
- You can modify the delivery address before the order status changes to “Ready for Shipment”. If the address change is to a different city, new shipping fees will be applied.
Delivery to Remote Areas
- For remote areas located more than 30 kilometers from major cities, delivery may take additional time. We always strive to deliver your shipment as quickly as possible, even to remote locations.
Business Hours
- Orders received before 12:00 PM are processed and handed over to the shipping company on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM are processed and handed over the next day.
- Shipping companies do not operate on Fridays or public holidays.
Tracking Your Shipment
- You can track the status of your order through your account on our website or by contacting us. We are here to assist you with any inquiries or support you may need.
Holiday and Peak Season Delays
- During holidays and peak sale seasons, there may be some delays in shipment deliveries. We will post notifications on the website regarding shipping times during these periods, and these will be considered the official shipping times.
Undelivered or Refused Shipments
- If the shipment is not received or is refused without a clear reason, it will be handled according to our Cancellation and Return Policy. If you request to reship the order, new shipping fees will be applied without deducting the previous shipping costs.
